It is said the youthful vocal MCA had intended to smear the human waste on the floor and walls of the Finance C.O's work station, in a bid to scare the officer away from office.
The demonstrators, however, led by several MCAs were unable to penetrate through to the Chief Officer's office.
Sources close to the demonstrators said that the MCA, who has also shown interests to run for a parliamentary seat, had nowhere to take his bucketful of faeces.
He had to carry the sh1t all the way to the roadblock where he paid a street boy to dispose the waste.
Heavy security detail at the entrance of the county offices turned away the demonstrators.
